Gail Jercinovich, CISR, CPS, began her insurance career in 1981 as CSR at the Shannon Insurance Agency in Dresden, Tennessee, and has managed several insurance offices that merged over the years. She has recently joined the FSB Insurance team as Chief Administrative Officer.
